it is best to play the game on the laptop mode on and off to see which version sims 4 laptop mode vs no laptop mode your laptop plays smoothly but the laptop mode on will be a smooth gameplay because here is the official explanation:

Laptop mode does the following:

Uses a different set of shaders, which are faster but at the cost of visual quality (requires reboot to take effect)

Removes shadows. Shadows can also be removed if you set lighting quality to low (which also does a lot of other things).

Acer Nitro 5

The Acer Nitro 5 is a well-made gaming laptop that’s both thin and light, with a powerful graphics card. It has a 15.6-inch screen with options for either full HD or UHD resolution. Inside is an 8th-generation Intel Core i5 processor and a decent amount of memory to keep even demanding games running smoothly. The battery life can be improved, but gamers should still get between five and six hours before needing to plugin again. In addition to those features, it also comes with a solid keyboard and trackpad. All told, it’s one of our favorite budget gaming laptops right now. (Read our full review.)

ASUS TUF Dash 15 (2021)

According to all reviews, ASUS TUF Dash 15 (2021) is a perfect laptop for playing games. This machine has a screen of 15.6 inches and it has an Intel Core i7-8750H CPU. It is recommended for playing games like Overwatch, League of Legends, and others. The graphics card is GTX 1050 Ti Max-Q. With such a configuration, gamers will have no problem using high settings on games like Fortnite, GTA V, CS: GO, etc. Also, there are 16 GB DDR4 RAM and 512 GB SSD which can be increased up to 1 TB HDD. There are also 2 USB 3.1 ports which makes data transfer very fast. So if you are looking for a good gaming laptop under $1000 then ASUS TUF Dash 15 (2021) should be your choice.

Acer Aspire 5

The Acer Aspire 5 is a budget gaming laptop that can still run most modern games without taking up too much space on your desk. The Acer Aspire 5 features a sixth-generation Intel Core i3 processor, as well as 8GB of RAM and 1TB of hard drive storage. It also has dedicated graphics from AMD with 2GB GDDR5 VRAM. An HDMI port is included for connecting to HDTVs, along with Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity for pairing with mobile devices. But perhaps its best feature is its price: You can get it for less than $600, making it one of the cheapest gaming laptops you’ll find on sale these days.

HP Omen 17

HP’s 17-inch Omen has everything a gamer wants from a laptop: It offers a powerful Intel Core i7 processor, tons of memory and storage, and even an optical drive. All that comes at a hefty price: $1,200. If you’re willing to spend that much, though, you get a lot in return—it runs games smoothly and doesn’t overheat during marathon gaming sessions. Plus, it looks cool with its sleek design and customizable backlit keyboard. But if you don’t want to spend that much on a laptop, there are cheaper options out there.

Asus Rog Trix Scar III

The Asus Rog Trix Scar III is a formidable machine that’s sure to please PC gamers. With an i7-6700HQ, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD and a 256GB NVMe SSD all packed into a sturdy casing – including Nvidia GTX 1060 graphics card – there’s no doubt that it can perform well with any game on offer today. Not only that, but it comes in at under $1,000. This laptop is not going to be cheap but you certainly get what you pay for. It’s also got a 15.6-inch Full HD display with G-Sync support which will provide you with smooth gameplay without having to worry about screen tearing or lag.

Dell G3 15 3500

Intel Core i7 7820HK, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (4GB), 8 GB DDR4, 256 GB PCIe SSD + 1 TB HDD. It’s a good laptop to play games on. The display is not that great but it’s okay. The battery life is around 5 hours which is decent. Overall I would recommend it if you are looking for a gaming laptop under $1000 and want something that can run most games at medium settings. I also recommend getting an external mouse because using a touchpad with Windows 10 is not that great. You’ll get used to it after some time though.

Razer Blade 15 Base

This one has better specs than my current laptop and is probably capable of running Sims 4 at max settings, but it’s really expensive. There are much cheaper models that will work just as well, however. When searching online make sure to find out how much RAM they have and how well they run Sims 4. It can take a bit of research to find what you’re looking for, but it’ll be worth it in the end when you can actually play without lagging or issues.

Asus ZenBook Duo UX481

With a weight of only 2.7 pounds, Asus’s ZenBook Duo is our top choice for gaming on a laptop. It offers excellent graphics and an aluminum build that lets you take it anywhere. You can also upgrade its 256GB solid-state drive to 512GB if you need more space. The $1,399 price tag is steep, but you get what you pay for: The UX481 has a battery life of up to 11 hours.

Lenovo Ideapad L340

The Ideapad L340 is one of Lenovo’s best-selling budget gaming laptops. If you’re looking to play games like Sims 4, Mafia 3, and Warframe on a budget but don’t want to compromise on performance, then Lenovo Ideapad L340 should be your top choice. With Intel Core i5-6200U processor and 8GB, DDR3L RAM with 1TB hard drive storage, it will give you a smooth gaming experience in high graphics settings.
